-Affordable housing for forestry students since 1972-
A total of 83 apartments for rent in two apartment buildings. The buildings were constructed in 1972, are equipped with elevators, and have five floors.
The apartments are ideally located for students, just a five-minute walk from the University of Helsinki's Viikki campus.
The Forest Science Students' Housing Foundation was established in 1968 with the purpose of providing affordable housing for forestry students.
Rental apartments offered by Silvica:
Applications are submitted via the application form
Forest science students are given priority
New tenants are always first offered an 18 m² studio, unless there is no people on the waiting list for the 32 m² apartments
The annual application period ends on July 31st.
The tenant waiting list is published and updated on the website.
To join the waiting list for the 32 m² apartments, you must register with the agent. Members of the tenant committee have priority in the queue.
